Junior Project Manager

Position Overview: 

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our team at Arrise, supporting the vibrant world of Pragmatic Play. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contributing to the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the dynamic gaming environment. As a Junior Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow within a fast-paced organisation, while actively participating in the realisation of innovative gaming solutions. We are looking for candidates to be based in our office in Sofia for this role. 

Responsibilities: 

• Manage and oversee small to medium size projects;
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, team member duties, and project goals;
• Monitor project progress to ensure on-time delivery and maintain quality standards;
• Assist Project Managers with various project-related requests;
• Perform administrative tasks to keep the stakeholders well-informed on project progress;
• Demonstrate an understanding of project delivery and acceptance processes within a fast-paced business environment; 
• Identify project risks and prepare risk mitigation measures;
• Generating various reports on project data as per company requirements.

Requirements:
 

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related discipline;
• General knowledge of PC applications, including Microsoft Office;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
• Ability to work with strict timelines under pressure;
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities;
• Leadership potential and the ability to work well in a cross-functional environment;
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills;
• Previous experience in project management will be considered an advantage;
• Experience with Jira/Confluence will be considered an advantage.
