This role is with the ARRISE group powering Pragmatic Play. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Curate and organise multimedia assets, including images, videos, and promotional materials, ensuring a consistent and visually appealing online presence;
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to create compelling visuals and graphics for website content;
  • Oversee the back-office functions of the website, including content management systems (CMS), user databases, and other technical aspects;
  • Aligning the website with the organisation’s brand, strategy and standards;
  • Contribute to planning, implementing, managing and monitoring the client zone;
  • Responsible for the development and management of the client zone and ensuring that the website meets the needs and expectations of the company; 
  • Work closely with stakeholders, particularly within the slots team, to gather relevant product information to create marketing campaigns;
  • Responsible for the overall administration and operation of the client zone; 
  • Liaise with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the website;
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry best practices and monitoring competitor websites;
  • Coordinate with the content team (PR & social media) to deliver CRM and website messaging; 
  • Monitor and respond to user feedback, comments, and inquiries on the website;
  • This role reports directly to the Product Marketing Manager;
  • Coordinate your work across multiple time zones.

 

Requirements: 

  • Up to 2 years’ experience within igaming B2C or B2B  – mandatory work experience as a website coordinator;
  • Strong wordpress skills with a fluent and logical style;
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office/WordPress/MailChimp; 
  • Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Desired skills – Knowledge of coding and HTML;
  • Experience with WordPress, website back office, Mailchimp and other platforms; 
  • Understanding and experience working with Content Management systems;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Able to take ownership of projects and run with them to completion;
  • Able to manage multiple stakeholders and tight timelines;
  • Able to work collaboratively with key teams within marketing and the wider business.
