The role:

As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for leading the company’s talent acquisition team in Serbia. You will work closely with hiring managers and departmental heads to identify and attract top talent to the organization. You will be responsible for creating and deploying an effective talent acquisition strategy, best practices, and procedures to ensure the timely and efficient recruitment of qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:   

  • Develop and implement an effective talent acquisition strategy and process.
  • Manage all aspects of recruiting and sourcing for open positions including but not limited to job postings, resume screening, candidate outreach, and interview coordination.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with recruiting firms, and other external recruiting sources.
  • Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify areas of improvement in the talent acquisition process.
  • Manage and mentor members of the recruiting team, ensuring continued professional development and high-quality recruitment practices.
  • Work with the HR team to ensure a consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Continuously update the recruitment process with the latest HR trends and utilize innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Requirements:   

  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment.
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Established path of success in candidate generation & strong candidate assessment skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and analytics to make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in the use of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and LinkedIn recruiter.
  • Experience working in a multinational team.
