This role is with the ARRISE group powering Pragmatic Play.
The Role:
The Promotions specialist is a newly created role within the Promotions team to ensure that our market leading promotional tools are used effectively both internally as well as externally. The Promotions specials will assist and work closely with the Head of Promotions as well as our Account Management and Sales teams
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the Head of Promotions to define the sales and implementation strategy for all of our engagement and promotional tools;
- Liaising with the marketing team to oversee the creation of all marketing materials and sales presentations for these tools;
- Reviewing, improving, and writing training guidelines for internal and external teams;
- Providing in depth promotional tools training to business partners and Account Management team;
- Managing and monitoring the usage of our promotional tools across the network and ensuring the highest possible take up rates;
- Highlighting operators or tools that are being under-utilized and working closely with the Account Management team to remedy the situation;
- Reviewing operator sites to ensure promotions and offers are being optimally presented across multiple devices;
- Coordinating and tracking promotional activities across multiple Back Office environments;
- Creating promotional reports for management and business partners together with Data and BI teams;
- Working with relevant teams across the business, such as Account Management, Developers, BI, Compliance, etc. to ensure optimal delivery of promotions and client satisfaction;
- Ensure relevant teams across the business have all the technical information needed about the tools used;
- Coordinating network and bespoke promotions across departments, planning and assisting in solving issues and requests regarding the aforementioned promotions;
- Creating internal/external promotions in internal tools and provide Back Office support to Account Management teams and business partners;
- Ensure that all activity delivered is consistent, compliant and follows the brand and best practice guidelines.
Requirements:
- Ambitious and focused individual with a positive attitude who is passionate about iGaming.
- Great planning and organizational skills;
- A strong eye for details and accuracy;
- Enthusiastic team player and multitasker;
- Strength to work well under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills;
- Ability to manage good cross-communication with departments (legal department, account managers, product, marketing) and take ownership of given tasks;
- Outstanding English;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Previous work experience in CRM or campaign coordination job roles is required.
