The Role:
 
You will be working on the Live Casino team, where you will play a crucial role in delivering high-profile projects. You will manage the entire project lifecycle, combining elements of waterfall and agile methodologies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Your role will require you to lead cross-functional teams, adapt to dynamic project demands, and maintain clear communication across all stakeholders. Responsibilities:
 
Hybrid Project Management:
  • Manage the delivery of Live Casino projects, incorporating elements of waterfall and agile methodologies.
  • Navigate between structured planning (waterfall) and adaptive responses to change (agile) to meet project objectives effectively.
  • Lead cross-functional teams with a hands-on approach, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project milestones.
Operational Excellence:
  • Drive project execution under demanding timelines and high-quality standards without traditional sprint structures.
  • Oversee project lifecycles from initiation through delivery, maintaining flexibility and responsiveness to evolving requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, leveraging hybrid methodologies to optimize project outcomes.
  • Ensure that all services are delivered within the framework core values and in line with the established Policies and Procedures and KPIs.
Requirements:
Experience and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in project management within a fast-paced environment.
  • Academic background in Management or related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with both waterfall and agile methodologies, adapting practices to suit project needs.
  • Previous experience in the iGaming industry or Live Casino is a plus.
Skills:
  • Very good PC skills (Office 365). Proficient & adaptable to diverse project management approaches.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
  • Resilience and adaptability to manage complex project dynamics and deliver results under pressure.
