This role is with the ARRISE group powering Pragmatic Play.   

   

Responsibilities:   

1. Product owner:   

  • Strategic Oversight: Develop and implement a long-term strategy for the Social Channels, aligning with the company’s overall goals;
  • Product Backlog Management: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that all features and updates align with the strategic vision;
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the platform, ensuring smooth functioning and user satisfaction;
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including IT, marketing, and customer support, to ensure cohesive efforts and effective communication;
  • User Feedback Integration: Incorporate user feedback into the product development process to enhance user experience and engagement;
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor strategies;
  • Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators to measure the success and growth of the platform;
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to the team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

   

2. Social media management & Community   

  • Content creation: understand what content the igaming audience is fond of & deliver a rich set of assets / posts  to trigger interest & drive engagement;
  • Promo message / launch event: tactically promote new products or promotion to capture attention and drive game adoption;
  • Content planning:  manage the global calendar centrally and leverage social planning tools for planning purposes;
  • Community management: engage with all users / ensure positive dynamics / mitigate conflicting messages;
  • Reporting : report on key reach & engagement success metrics.

   

Requirements:   

  •             8-10 years experience in product management or operational management or social media platforms management;
  • Experience with Mastodon or similar federated social networks is a must;
  • Understand the gaming industry & audience personas is a plus;
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
  • Technical background with an understanding of software development processes.
