This role is with the ARRISE group powering Pragmatic Play.     
     
Responsibilities:     
  • Work closely with the manager and team members to create and implement effective marketing strategies specifically designed to engage streamers, affiliates, and their community;
  • Managing and growing multiple large social media profiles, whilst maintaining a consistent high-quality brand image;
  • Digital marketing strategy and social media channel handling;
  • Build and maintain relationships with streamers, affiliates, and content creators in the gaming industry, addressing their needs, fostering brand loyalty, and serving as their main point of contact for regular and effective communication;
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the gaming and streaming domain;
  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and logistics of marketing materials, including various merchandise options;
  • Regularly watch the live streams of assigned streamers and forums to stay informed and engaged;
  • Track streamers’ performances by gathering essential streaming data and analyzing metrics;
  • Ensure maximum exposure for our brand by developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance the visibility and engagement of our games;
  • Continuously explore and discover new streamers to expand our network and identify potential partnership opportunities;
  • Actively participate in team meetings, providing progress updates and making valuable contributions to discussions related to streamers.
Requirements:     
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field, with a preference for expertise in influencer/streamer marketing or the iGaming industry;
  • Proficient in Portuguese and a good level of English;
  • Understanding of the Portuguese advertising restrictions;
  • Expert in the Portuguese iGaming market from a cultural and product knowledge standpoint;
  • Demonstrated understanding of the streaming community and genuine interest in the gaming industry;
  • Project management / good time management skills, including prioritizing and scheduling;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to foster effective collaboration with streamers and internal teams.
