This role is with the ARRISE group powering Pragmatic Play.  

Responsibilities:  

  • Test all aspects of live casino games regularly from a player’s perspective to identify issues affecting the overall experience;
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners to understand every design aspect of the live casino games and create comprehensive test cases for effective issue identification during testing;
  • Evaluate game usability and reliability, providing detailed feedback and recommendations to improve the player’s experience;
  • Provide detailed reports of all identified issues with clear and concise steps to reproduce them;
  • Investigate and analyze issues to determine root causes and identify optimization opportunities for the live casino gaming environment;
  • Track and prioritize issues, assist with escalations when needed, and oversee closure for a seamless gaming experience.

Requirements:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field preferred;
  • At least 2 years of experience in game quality assurance, software testing, or a similar role within the gaming industry is mandatory;
  • Certification in QA methodologies or related field is a plus;
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in identifying and documenting issues to ensure comprehensive testing coverage;
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with various teams and articulate findings and recommendations clearly;
  • Analytical Mindset: Capability to approach problems systematically and critically to enhance the player’s experience;
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing live casino game designs, requirements, and technologies;
  • Team Player: Collaborative spirit to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines;
  • Documentation Skills: Proficiency in maintaining organized and detailed documentation;
  • Problem-Solving Orientation: Proactive approach in identifying and solving issues impacting the player’s experience;
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with various gaming platforms and tools is considered an advantage;
  • Fluent in English.
