Junior Operations Coordinator

This role is with the ARRISE group powering Pragmatic Play.


  • Working closely with the Operations Manager and Operations Coordinators to maintain operational systems, processes, and infrastructure while looking for opportunities of improvement or revision within the International Hub and wider Pragmatic Play.
  • Assist with anticipating and tracking operational and tactical risks and providing strategic solutions.
  • Assisting Commercial teams within the International Hub and providing reports as required by Business Development and Account Management teams.
  • Collaborate with onboarding staff as needed.
  • Raise and tracks issue and conflicts, remove barriers, resolve issues of medium complexity involving stakeholders and escalate to appropriate level when required.
  • Maintaining and updating internal knowledge bases and file repositories.
  • Monitor client contact via tickets and Skype where necessary, to ensure timely responses and resolutions.
  • Communicate upcoming releases and changes regarding Pragmatic Play’s products to internal teams within the International Hub.
  • Assist with game and table releases, including coordinating information between all stakeholders internally.
  • Compiling feedback from stakeholders of required processes and assisting the Operations Manager in scoping and implementing new methods of working.
  • Supports back-office and hub training programs, reinforcing tech and operations infrastructure between departments to ensure consistency and quality standards are met.
  • Project management of any necessary medium to long term requirements within the International commercial teams.
  • Stay up to date on industry regulations, trends, and technology.
  • Works closely with management team to ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance
  • functions within the Hub are being properly executed in accordance with best practices.


  • Addressing operational concerns and issues, monitoring overall customer satisfaction
  • Developing and implementing operational procedures and policies
  • Analysing training needs/requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and organizing skills to coordinate project activities
  • Ability to communicate with others effectively
  • Ability to conduct research for special projects, respond timely inquiries, and present written/oral reports
  • Ability to work with details and time-sensitive issues.
  • Previous experience with Excel, or eager to learn.
  • Good decision-making skills and response to high-pressure situations
